No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or any other tracking tools, and it does not load anything from third parties. The fonts and all other files are served from our own domain.

Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the requested page and the time of the request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its data processing terms. Data may be processed outside the European Union; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you email us

If you write to us, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message in order to reply and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in business communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our email is hosted by Hostinger, which acts as our processor. We keep correspondence only as long as it is needed for that purpose or required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@dacons.co. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
